I'd love to share the vision behind what we're building at The Yurt Camp—a boutique glamp ground where exceptional coffee, happy dogs, peaceful mornings, relaxation, and the beauty of the Lake of the Ozarks come together to create unforgettable experiences.
The Yurt Camp is more than a destination—it's a feeling. It's waking up to the smell of fresh coffee, watching the sunrise over the lake, relaxing around a campfire, exploring nature with your dog, and slowing life down long enough to appreciate what matters most. Every detail of our glamp ground is intentionally designed to help guests disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with family, friends, nature, and themselves.
But what truly makes The Yurt Camp unique is the purpose behind it.
Through Pink Paws Pet Camp, our nonprofit organization, we're creating something much bigger than hospitality. Pink Paws Pet Camp is dedicated to giving shelter and stray dogs a second chance through our signature Dog Camp and DogKation program.
A DogKation is a vacation created especially for dogs.
Working alongside local shelters and rescue organizations, deserving shelter and stray dogs will be welcomed to our glamp ground to spend time in nature, socialize with people and other dogs, build confidence, reduce stress, enjoy exercise, and simply experience what it's feels like to be loved. These experiences are designed to improve their quality of life while helping prepare them for successful adoption into forever homes.
Every guest who visits The Yurt Camp becomes part of that mission.
Every cup of coffee shared, every campfire enjoyed, every peaceful morning overlooking the lake, and every stay at our glamp ground helps support a greater purpose—creating unforgettable memories for our guests while helping deserving dogs discover brighter futures.
We believe great coffee brings people together.
We believe dogs bring out the very best in people.
And we believe a glamp ground should leave every guest—and every dog—better than when they arrived.
That's the vision behind The Yurt Camp
