A few shots from the exterior of our home over the last few Aprils! 🏡 As I was looking for pics, there were a few years where there was literally not one photo from this week— it’s always just so dreary and lifeless 😩— BUT you can see signs of spring start to creep in, in small subtle ways— the extra hours of sunlight (that’s actually a pretty big one) ☀️, the grass is just as smidget greener 🌱, the daffodils start to sprout and perk up, and the smell of the air is just a little damper, wetter, full of a little whisper of more life and light 🌸🌷. In just two or three weeks, the ferns will begin to unfurl and then it really begins. 🌿🌿🌿

Morning ride. Riding up here hits so different than in Brooklyn. Waterfalls you don’t see when driving. The crisp, cool air. Beautiful Mother Earth. We have a trek bike up here now and already we’ve gone on two rides since Tuesday. It’s really lovely— 🚵‍♀️🗻🌸☕️
