ColoVista Pool Members,

The pool will resume regular hours of operation starting tomorrow, July 23rd, from 10 am to 7:30 pm. Our maintenance team still has a few repairs left, but they were able to get the pool operational once again and are waiting on parts for the final touches.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through these unforeseen circumstances. As stated in our previous email, the pool will stay open through October to compensate you all for your inability to use it during the last couple of weeks.

Colovista Pool Members,



We regret to inform you that our pool is closed due to another pool pump malfunction draining the entire top pool last night. The pump operated for 48 hours with no problem. Unfortunately, the breaker tripped again last night, causing the top pool to empty. We understand the inconvenience this has caused everyone. Trust us, we are as frustrated as you are. Please continue to be patient as we assess the issues with the pool.



The background of the issues we've been having are as follows. As you all know, last week, we had our first pool pump malfunction. This, unfortunately, led to the draining of both the top and middle pools. An unexpected breaker trip caused that malfunction, and after our maintenance team performed troubleshooting, we determined that the problem was electrical and were able to fix it. The pool ran perfectly for 48 hours. The pool was fully operational when we left at 8 pm last night. Sometime overnight, the breaker tripped again. Now, we are forced to perform additional troubleshooting. We are having a motor pump specialist come out today to ensure the pump operates as designed. We will do our best to inform you of any updates as we receive them.



As stated before, we understand the inconvenience this has caused our members. We value your membership and plan to extend the pool season to compensate for the loss of pool access this last week. More details on this will follow. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

We regret to inform you that our pool will be closed this weekend, July 12th-15th. We are still in the process of getting all levels of the pool filled. Once that happens, we will be able to properly assess the pump issues. Once assessed, our pool service company should be able to make the necessary repairs.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may cause you, but rest assured that our team is doing everything in our power to fix the pool and give you a safe, sanitary, and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy. We will do our best to keep all pool members updated as changes occur. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Pool Members at Colovista,

The pool will be closed today due to a faulty pump. The pool company is coming out to assess the situation. We will continue to update our community as we obtain more information. As always, we appreciate your patience throughout this process.

The Adirondack chairs are back! These chairs are to be used in the beachfront area of the pool and on land. Please do not take them further into the pool or allow the young swimmers to play on them (standing or jumping from them).

Also as a reminder, ⛔️ no jumping into the pool from the pool deck or ledges.

Hello Pool Members,
As many of you know the water clarity the past 2 days has been less than ideal. While the chemicals are balanced and it is safe to swim, the filtration systems have not been working properly. We reached out to PHP Pool Company who is contracted so serve the pool regularly. They made an emergency call this morning and the issue will be solved today. We are planning on the pool opening back up on Tuesday but we will keep it closed today. We apologize for the inconvenience.
