After years of dreaming, restoring, and pouring our heart into this home for the previous owner, we’re so excited to finally own it and more importantly share it with you. Described by the Society of Architectural Historians as the “most unusual bungalow in Batesville,” the Casey House is a rare regional example of the early‑1900s “airplane house” form, named for its dramatic wing‑like porch roofs and elevated lookout tower that once symbolized modernity, travel, and optimism in American residential design. This beautiful historic house, is located in the oldest city in Arkansas, the Historic Batesville, AR and has been brought back to life and turned into a place where families, friends, and travelers can come relax, reconnect, and make memories. This house is a town favorite and almost everyone knows exactly which house you’re talking about when mentioning the lookout room!
