Good reminder!

The first day of spring is a sign of milder temperatures on the way! So don't forget to change the direction of your ceiling fan during your spring cleaning chores.

Although a ceiling fan doesn’t cool air, the right ceiling fan direction can make a room feel much cooler than it is. In warmer months, your ceiling fan should rotate counterclockwise to push cooler air down in a column.
Using a counterclockwise ceiling fan direction can reduce your energy costs up to 30 percent. You can change a ceiling fan’s direction to counterclockwise by flipping a switch on its motor or with an app if using smart home technology.

Let's get excited!!!! The first Fall Music Night on the Square is going to be Thursday, September 21 at 6:30pm!

The band will be Casey Lipe and the Scavengers, featuring Calvin Flint, Mark Yacovone, Michael Vaughn, and Fred Dunlap III.

StaMar's Concessions and Catering will have their incredible food truck on the square that night. (We can taste the loaded fries now!)

Set up a table and some chairs if you'd like to do a little picnicking.

Bring the kids, chairs, and be ready to dance the night away!
