135 people chose to step away from the busyness of the season and Gather & Grow with us. And for that, I am so incredibly grateful. 🤍

This year was about being rooted.

Rooted in our purpose. Rooted in the work we feel called to do. Rooted in the people and the community that make that work meaningful.

We chose to honor our flower farmers this year—the hands that plant, tend, nurture, wait, and ultimately put so much beauty into the world. Their work felt like the perfect reminder that the most beautiful things take time, care, patience, and deep roots.

Every detail of the day carried that reminder. The food we shared. The flowers on the tables. The hands that lovingly created, cooked, gathered, arranged, welcomed, and served.

In the middle of a very busy season, we gave ourselves permission to take a breath, sit around a table together, and remember why we do what we do.

And most importantly, to our incredible Greencrest Manor team—thank you. To host 135 members of our creative community with such generosity and hospitality in the middle of wedding season is no small thing. You stepped up, came together, and made the vision come to life in the most beautiful way.

Gather & Grow exists because people believe that making space for one another matters.

They say it takes a village. Sometimes, it takes an army.

Long before a single bloom is placed or a table is set, every wedding begins with listening. We spend countless hours learning who our couples are and the story they want their guests to experience.

A flower that reminds them of home. A custom drum shade because the right one didn’t exist. The perfect shade of green. Every linen, vessel, bloom, and detail is chosen with intention.

But beautiful design is never created by one person.

It takes planners, floral designers, carpenters, growers, logistics teams, and talented freelancers—all bringing their gifts together with one shared purpose. Hundreds of hours. Countless hands. Endless heart.

Flowers were always at the center of Emma’s vision, and every stem reflected the love that so many people poured into this celebration.

There are beautiful weddings, and then there are weddings that leave a lasting imprint on your heart.

For more than a year, we had the privilege of dreaming alongside Emma & Bishop and alongside Melissa & Quentin as they thoughtfully prepared for the four days they would call home at Greencrest. Every conversation, decision, and detail was made with one purpose: to create a celebration that reflected Emma & Bishop’s hearts and honored the beginning of their marriage.

When the weekend finally arrived, it was so much more than exquisite flowers, elegant tables, or beautiful architecture. Those things framed the celebration, but they were never the story. The story was the peace that filled every space, the kindness that flowed so naturally between families & friends, and the joy that radiated from Emma & Bishop.

That is the kind of celebration we hope to create. Not simply a beautiful wedding, but a place where people feel seen, cared for, & deeply loved. Where families can be fully present. Where every detail serves something far greater than itself.

Emma & Bishop, Melissa & Quentin, thank you for entrusting us with one of life’s most sacred milestones. It was an honor to walk alongside your family, steward these days with great care, & witness the beginning of what we know will be a beautiful marriage. What a gift. What a weekend. What a reminder that the most meaningful celebrations are never about perfection—they’re about people, love, & the One at the center of it all.

Behind every wedding at Greencrest Manor is a village of 15–20 dedicated staff working throughout the week to ensure every detail is just right. From caring for our 15 acres to thoughtfully preparing each space, every decision is made with one goal in mind: creating a beautiful place where couples can arrive, take a deep breath, and simply enjoy each and every moment.

Every wedding weekend begins with a dress rehearsal—not on the ceremony lawn, but in the days before. The flowers are conditioned. The tables are set. The gardens are tended. Every member of our team quietly prepares their part so that when our couples arrive, everything feels effortless.

What our guests experience over one unforgettable weekend is the result of many hands, countless details, and a team that genuinely loves serving others.

Some weddings stay with you long after the last candle is blown out, and Paige & Drake’s celebration will be one of those for us.

When clients trust you completely with their vision, it creates space for something truly special. Their trust allowed us to dream bigger, collaborate freely, and bring every detail to life in a way that felt effortless, meaningful, and uniquely them.

But weddings like this are never the work of one person. They are the result of an incredible village of creatives, rental partners, floral designers, planners, and team members who show up with passion and purpose. From the weeks of preparation to the final moments of the celebration, dozens of hands helped create the beauty, experiences, and memories that made this day so remarkable.
