Please excuse our hiatus on social media, we were busy cooking up our biggest project so far: we switched to swerve drive! We had the opportunity to debut it for a spin at BunnyBots 2023 today… where we ended up taking home the winner title as captains of the 1st alliance! Big thanks to our always lovely alliance partners and for helping us pull the W. 💚🖤💚🖤💚

Clark County 4-H Robotics presents the 4-H CloverBots. The CloverBots recently returned from Houston, Texas where they participated in the World Championship event.

There were 6 fields of 65 - 70 robots on each field. After two days of qualification matches, the CloverBots were chosen to be a part of the 7th alliance on the Newton Field. Eight alliances are formed and participate in the play off matches.

The 7th alliance defeated the 2nd alliance to move into the semi finals. Then the 7th alliance defeated the 3rd alliance to move into the finals. The 7th alliance was defeated at this level by the 1st alliance.

It was a great experience, and the CloverBots are proud to be bringing home the Finalist Trophy (2nd place). The CloverBots have members representing Clark County 4-H, CAM Academy, Prairie High School, Battle Ground High School, River HomeLink, and the homeschooling community.

This season was very successful for the CloverBots. The brought home a Win and an Imagery award from their first event. The brought home the Finalist award and Industrial award from their second event. After the District Championship, they were ranked 7th out of over 150 PNW teams. Then they came home as Finalist from the Newton Field at the World Championship event.

Of course we never accomplish victories alone. Thank you to all of our alliance partners throughout the season. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The CloverBots are always looking for additional community support, mentors, or sponsors. If you or your company would like to be a part of this award winning team, please check out our website at https://www.3674cloverbots.com/

We are one baby step away from going to the World Championship in Houston! The team is doing great this year and is ranked 7th out of the 150+ teams in the PNW District. We are headed to the District Championship Event in two days. The World's event is in just over 2 weeks.

It's a super opportunity for students to meet teams from all over the world. We would really like the entire team of 25 students to be able to attend. Many are graduating seniors, so this is their last opportunity. But robotics competitions and travel are very expensive.

We need to earn funding fast. If you need a job done, we have a lot of able bodied teenagers who need to earn money for airfare, hotel, food, etc. Please contact us by email at [email protected]. If you are an company or individual who would like to sponsor this local team, thank you so much in advance. Contact us by email and I will connect you with one of our members to have them speak with you.

The 4-H CloverBots is a 4-H team that is all inclusive. Our members are mostly north county. We have members that attend CAM Academy, Prairie High School, Battle Ground High School, Running Start, River HomeLink, and various home school groups. The students work with mentors from the community and learn many valuable skills that will help guide them into career fields or college programs.

Please consider helping us get this team to the World Championship Event. Thank you so much! Check out their website at https://www.3674cloverbots.com/
