Docks are in the water. What a great day. Enclave Docks did an awesome job. They put in a long day of hard work with a very large crew.

Good news. All the water is on at Sunset Beach Community. We had a few breaks underground but they have now been fixed. We are in the process of finding a cleaner for the community center and bathrooms.
Our lawn service is planning on doing a final clean up next week.
Docks are being built but we do not have an install date yet.

As the season comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone that is a part of Sunset Beach Community. 🫶🏻 We had a great time with the community projects, karaoke, and campfires. The docks are out of the water and the water lines are blown out. Already looking forward to seeing everyone next Spring. 🤩
