After 25 years of proudly owning this hotel, IGO Legacy Hotel Group has made the difficult decision to sell our entire portfolio due to significant health challenges. As a result, March 27, 2025, marked our final day as owners of this award-winning property.

As we say farewell to the incredible community of Baxter, MN, we extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support over the years. A special thank you goes to our dedicated and loyal hotel employees, whose passion for hospitality created a warm and welcoming experience for all. We were truly fortunate to have such an exceptional team. In particular, we want to recognize General Manager Karen for her outstanding leadership, professionalism, and dedication in guiding this remarkable team with integrity and care. The entire staff will be deeply missed.
