Due to the upcoming inclement weather, the Pinckney Library has postponed our Saturday presentation to next year. I completely understand the decision, but canceling an event this close to the holidays does have a real impact on the finances this month.

To help make up for the loss from the cancelled presentation, I have about 25 signed and personalized copies of Haunted French Quarter Hotels available for $30 each, including shipping.

If you’d like a copy, just send me a message with how you’d like it personalized and where you’d like it sent and I can shoot you my Venmo. I can get them in the mail this Friday, so they should arrive before Christmas. Once they’re gone, that’s it! Thanks so much for your support this time of year and always! ❤️

👻The HMT? Haunted?? We can't confirm or deny, but what we will say is that our Ghost Tours with local paranormal author Nicole Beauchamp have sold out every time, and after many requests, we're bringing them back!

October 18th, join Nicole and other paranormal investigators on a full tour of the HMT. Learn the history of the building and hear about the commonly reported paranormal sightings. Then participants are free to conduct their own ghost hunt before meeting back in the lobby to have refreshments and compare evidence! The whole experience is a full 4.5 hours long, and proceeds go toward restoring and renovating our historic building, so that it may be enjoyed for generations to come!

If you’ve ever wanted to join us on a ghost hunt, we’ve got two public ones coming up at the Historic Masonic Temple in Bay City, one in October and one in November. Tickets are available now through their website: https://hmtbc.org

We’ll kick off with a guided ghost tour of the Temple and then spend several hours investigating the paranormal in one of Bay City’s most haunted locations. Out of the 150+ people we’ve hosted so far, only four or five walked away without an experience.

The Historic Masonic Temple of Bay City is a community arts center for all of the Great Lakes Bay region. As a nonprofit, we are dedicated to restoring and updating this historic building, as well as bringing arts and education to our community.
