We would like to take the time to apologize to our past, present, and future guests that have been exposed to the circling post claiming that our hotel has bed bugs. While it is impossible to prevent every challenge that can befall a property, much like other quality vigilant hotels we are not exempt from this possibility and do have a prevention and treatment program in place. We take every guest concern seriously and the safety and comfort of our guests is top priority. The minute we were informed, we took immediate action to compensate this guest (refunded room and provided payment for belongings to be laundered), and eliminate any problem. Much to our contentment, our inspection came back free and clear of any bug issues. Nonetheless, the room in question and surrounding rooms were still treated.
