We are currently seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our boutique hotel team for the upcoming summer season (May through September 2026).

At our property, we pride ourselves on maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for both our guests and our staff. Whether you are a local professional or an international student, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:
Term: May 2026 – September 2026
Compensation: Competitive pay, commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Flexible hours available.
J1 Students: We are a J1-friendly workplace and welcome international applicants for the summer season.

Requirements:
Experience is a plus, but not necessary; we are happy to provide training for team players with a great attitude.

That’s a wrap on the 2025 Summer Season at Windward at the Beach!
This summer was nothing short of magical. We reconnected with familiar faces, welcomed new ones into the Windward family, and celebrated five incredible years since we first arrived in LBI as new owners. To our dear LBI friends who took us under their wings —thank YOU!!!
We’ve made it this far because of our amazing guests who brought joy, stories, and sunshine, our tough-love guests who challenged us with their honest feedback and helped us grow, our incredible staff, who poured their hearts into making Windward a true home away from home for every guest, our LBI friends who turned our toughest days into laughter!!!
You know who you are. And we are endlessly grateful.
Here’s to the memories made, the lessons learned, and the love shared. We’ll see you in 2026 💙💙💙
