Dear all current and future guest of the Sea Spray Motel,
We have noticed a website known as GetaRoom (aka Guestreservations) has been booking rooms and charging our guest more money to reserve a room then our partnered online services. When a Guest books with this company our motel staff has no way to contact our guest as GetaRoom refuses to relay any of the guest actual information to the motel. When booking we require a Phone Number and Email Address as our Check in hours are only from 3p.m. - 10p.m. and if you go through GetaRoom their staff refuses to relay that important information. If the motel needs to contact a guest for any reason we can't when the guest uses this Reservation service. When looking at reviews of this Webpage it shows mostly 5 star reviews but when you look carefully you can not write a review of your own and most of the reviews on their page is from the same person. We advise all guest who stay with us to no longer use this reservation service and to be careful when booking through Third-Party reservation organizations. All Guest can Book directly by Calling the Motel office directly-609-492-4944

Ensure rooms are ready for arriving guest. Coordinate with Contract Cleaning service that all maid services are accomplished and any rooms checked out are clean and ready for the next arrival. Inform office manager of any guest that has not checked out after 11am.

Monitoring the pool area and making sure guest are following guidelines and monitoring the parking lot ensuring that guest vehicles have proper parking pass. You will also be making sure the pool, the grills and parking lot areas are clean and attending to them when needed. Please be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to work mornings, nights and weekends.

This is a 51 room 2 story building, has a heated pool, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a basketball area.
For this role you interact with the guest checking in and out while also assisting the active reservations. You will be answering calls, emails, and walk-ins to assist with current or new reservations. You will be processing multiple payment methods and give nightly reports. Must have good communication skills, and must be reliable.
