We still have some May and September availability but we are booking fast.
Rent the whole house and its 7 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms (Sleeps 14 in actual beds). Or rent the individual units (4/2 upstairs, 3/1 downstairs).
If you need a large home for your extended family or multiple families, look no further. During the summer we rent our duplex units together as a whole house rental. 7 total bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 100 yards to a guarded beach in the quiet south end of Beach Haven. The house has just about all the amenities you would expect...Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi with 600 Mbps service, Flatscreen HDTVs, Washer/Dryer in both units, Outdoor showers (2), multiple decks including an awesome roofdeck, private fenced yard with dining tables, grill, and shed for your beach gear.....I'm sure there's more...
We do rent the units separately in the off-season (April - June & Sept - Nov).

Is this New Jersey or the Caribbean? The warm, clear water was AWESOME this weekend. Squeeze in a few days at the beach this fall. September is THE BEST.

How are we preparing for the “new normal”?
In order to make your stay as safe as possible this summer, our normal procedures will need to change. We ask for your patience and flexibility as we work through this process.

This season we have hired a new cleaning company and they are taking disinfecting VERY seriously. Back in March they announced their cleaning process for rentals this year. They purchased several electrostatic sprayers and disinfecting chemicals that disinfect soft surfaces (couches, beds, rugs) with a fine mist. You can learn more about this product here. In addition to spraying the soft surfaces and doing the normal turnover cleaning, they will also be disinfecting all high-contact surfaces. This includes everything from remote controls to light switches, door k***s, thermostats etc. While this service comes at an added cost to us, we feel that our guests’ health and peace of mind are worth it.

We are also trying our best to deal with items like pillows, blankets and comforters. There isn’t a safe and timely way to disinfect things like pillows between guests in addition to cleaning blankets and comforters. We have two sets of comforters that will be swapped between guests and we are asking each guest to put any blankets they used in the wash for the next group. We are asking our guests to bring their own pillows as there is no way to disinfect them. We realize this is far from ideal and we are doing our best to address it, but we wanted to prepare everyone to BYO Pillows.
