Meet Rick Henry!

We’re excited to welcome Rick Henry to the Beaufort Hotel for our upcoming Buffalo Trace Whisky Dinner at 34° North Restaurant.

Rick serves as North Carolina State Manager for Sazerac and brings 26 years of experience in the spirits industry, including 16 years with Buffalo Trace Distillery. His extensive industry knowledge and passion for fine whiskey make him the perfect guide for this special Menhaden Whisky Society evening.

Guests will experience an exceptional lineup of Buffalo Trace whiskeys paired with a multi-course dinner created by Executive Chef Tyler Smith and our culinary team.
