Important Billing & Service Guidelines Update – Effective January 1, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that beginning January 1, 2026, the following updates will go into effect:

Billing Policy Updates:
•A $10 late fee will be applied to any invoice that is 5 days past due.
•Any invoice that remains unpaid for 30 days or more will result in a temporary suspension of service until the balance is paid in full.
•If a customer contacts us and makes a payment arrangement, and the agreed-upon payment is made on the arranged date, the late fee will not be applied.

Service & Pickup Fees:
•A flat $10 fee will be charged if our team has to come back because the trash can was not placed out in time for pickup.
•Pickup times may occur as early as 5:00AM, so please ensure trash cans are placed out the night before service day.
(Pick up hours 5:00AM-6:00PM)

Trash Preparation Requirements:
•All trash must be bagged — no loose trash should be placed in trash cans.
•Boxes are accepted as long as they are broken down/flattened before placement.

These policies help keep service running efficiently and fairly for all customers. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Just a quick heads-up from Lone Star Trash Valet for our Wednesday customers. Your normal Wednesday service will still take place on Christmas Eve, 12/24/25.

We’ll be closed on Christmas Day, and pickup on Christmas Eve will start at 5:00 AM, so please be sure to have your carts out the night before.
