Fairway Residents,

The Board of Directors and Management would like to share an update from Spectrum regarding the community‑wide internet upgrade. The project remains on schedule, and Spectrum has completed initial walkouts and internal coordination to support the network improvements. Residents should not expect to see significant onsite activity until approximately late June. Additional information regarding equipment updates, affected areas, and any resident action items will be shared as the project progresses.

Dear Fairway Canyon Residents,
The Association would like to provide a reminder regarding the community-wide internet speed upgrade project, which is currently underway.
This project is being completed in phases throughout the community and remains on track for an anticipated completion date of October 31, 2026. Additional project updates and details will be shared with residents after May 6, 2026, as more information becomes available.
What to Expect

Work will occur in phases by area, not all at once
Crews may be present intermittently in common areas and near residences
Service interruptions are not anticipated during the upgrade process
Residents are encouraged to contact Spectrum at 833‑697‑7328 to ensure their modem and router are compatible with the upcoming internet speeds

This project is focused on improving overall internet speed and reliability across the community. As work progresses, certain areas may be completed sooner than others depending on scheduling and infrastructure needs.

We’re excited to share highlights from the ribbon cutting of Sorenstam Park! 🎉✂️

This beautiful new space is a great addition to our community, and we’re grateful to see it come to life for residents and families to enjoy.

A big thank you to Meritage Homes and the City of Beaumont for their partnership and investment in bringing this park to our neighborhood.
