Treatment #10 is underway!

First time wearing a head wrap because my scalp has now started making a massive appearance. I don’t love it. I was not blessed with a head shape that makes hats, scarves, etc flattering.

In fact, I am really over all this cancer “journey”. But I remind myself that the second leg of the journey is almost completed. The first leg was surgery and the third leg will be the continuation of the immunotherapy (every three weeks, with minimal side effects) and the start of radiation.

But I remind myself of my blessings, my family and friends and “breastie” community! I am blessed that I am able to do treatment, and that it is working. I am blessed that the treatment that I am doing has not been debilitating. I chose to focus on these things today.
