Hello to Berkshire Fans.... Just to let you know that we are operating during the Covid Crisis, all be it under restrictions. I'm excited to let you know that we were finally able to obtain a touch free sanitizer dispenser for our Breakfast Room. Now, we are only able to provide muffins to go, but, that's better than nothing! There is still food delivery for guests from Vivaldi's in Lee, and Red Apple Chinese Food in Lee. During Covid there are some others I've seen, such as 51 Park, which has nice outdoor dining as well. Have a great summer and make a reservation and enjoy our property with an expansive lawn , picnic tables, & grills - plenty of room for social distancing. Take a canoe out on the lake. It all comes with the room!

Concerned about COVID 19 ?

We are Open.

Motels are considered an essential business. We are open, but, under restrictions. We can make a reservation for you if you are an essential worker from any address, or if you are a MA resident if you need to be quarantined or have been disrupted/displaced by the virus.

If you've been here before, you will notice some changes. Our employees will be wearing masks and will be social distancing from you and each other.

We prefer that you pay remotely, via credit card so there is no close up interaction. We cannot service your room while you are here, but, will give you extra supplies. If you need new towels, for example, you can bag your used towels and we will give you a bag of clean towels. Just leave outside your door, but, call first. We don't want things sitting outside too long.

You can no longer have your continental breakfast in our breakfast room, but, you can grab a muffin to go. They are pre-wrapped and placed in a to go bag. We do not have fruit available, currently.

The yard is still beautiful, and this spring, there is an eagle nesting across the lake. Bring your binoculars. The trees are in bloom. If you have essential travel, we are here to accommodate you. Get your fishing license and cast a few, right from the shore (social distancing from others, of course).

The MA government is considering easing restrictions on lodging facilities before going into stage 2 (currently beginning stage 1). Stage 1 will be at least 3 weeks. Hopefully, leisure travel will be allowed in small numbers, at least, before Stage 2.
