We want to remind customers to stay vigilant against suspicious emails, texts or phone calls. Always verify the sender before responding, clicking on links or opening attachments. We will keep flooding social media with these essential Public Service Announcements: If you’re cold, your pets are cold!! With temperatures dropping and freezing conditions upon us, it's crucial to remember that leaving pets outside in severe weather is illegal.

Act Now! If you see pets suffering in the cold, report it immediately. Contact our office, BPD on the non-emergency line, or report it to 311. We are committed to this: citations WILL be issued if we find pets left outside in freezing temperatures—there will be no warnings.

We understand not everyone is on Facebook, but this information is vital and can be shared widely. It’s common sense to be a responsible, caring pet owner. Let’s look out for one another, and work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our furry friends during these harsh conditions!
