We make our soap to last. Super moisturizing soap.

Content for the online Common Ground Country Fair is going to be available free of charge this year thanks to the generous contributions of our sponsors. In the coming weeks we will continue to share anecdotes and appreciations from these supporters of this iconic event. This next appreciation comes to you from Jim and Amy at Good Karma Farm & Spinning Co.: "We’ve been coming to the Common Ground Country Fair since 1995. We brought our 3 week-old daughter, Zoe, to the Fair that year in the pouring rain. Zoe turned 25 this year and this will be the first time we haven’t been in Windsor or Unity for the Fair since 1995. We’ve been bringing our homemade soap to the fair since 1999 when it was called Carrabassett Soap Company (now Good Karma Soap Co.). In 2008, we began bringing our yarn that we spin in our on-farm fiber mill from our alpacas and sheep. At the Fair, Jim is in the Fiber Marketplace with yarn and Amy is in the Maine Marketplace with soap. We don’t really see each other all weekend! Protecting farmland is very important to us and we’re grateful to be able to make our living farming. The thing we will miss most this year is seeing all the familiar faces that we’ve come to know over the past 20+ years at Common Ground. Hope to see everyone soon!" Thank you, Good Karma Farm!
