Hello Everybody, After much planning, we are happy to announce the opening of our two year round off-site rental units. Both of these units are available to rent on a nightly basis 365 days a year.

Both are located on a property which is on the other side of Route 1, with no water views, but are completely new, comfortable and spacious compared to most standard hotel rooms. Both of these nearby units are very close to Colonial Gables and about three miles from downtown Belfast.

The first unit is a one-bedroom Guest House with a king bed, large living room with a virtual stone fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with full sized appliances including a dishwasher. The large bathroom has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

The second unit is a Carriage House Apartment over the garage. Access to this unit does require guests to climb a flight of stairs equivalent to what you might expect to climb in order to gain access to a second floor apartment. This totally new beautifully appointed apartment has two bedrooms, living room with an 85 inch TV, fully stocked kitchen with full sized appliances including a dishwasher, and a large bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Six years ago today, Skipper was spotted by a guest crawling under one of our cottages. He has been a beloved member of our Colonial Gables family ever since. Happy birthday to our beloved, “Skipper!”
