This home is owned by Julie Marie and is Co-hosted by Barbara.

We have AirBnb’d our guest rooms and have decided to try direct rental on Facebook.

The fees guests were paying were outrageous and the AirBnB was charging us fees as well. So we are hoping direct to consumer rentals are a better option for us and our guests.

The Garden Room is furnished (think AirBnB). We provide the linens and towels. King size bed, dresser, nightstand, mini fridge, and walk-in closet. Room has a coded lock for keyless entry, as does the front door. There are security cameras outside the home.

The full bathroom is shared with our other short term rental room. There is a laundry room inside the home. Kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffeee station.
