Today we celebrate all our furry friends who bring so much joy, love, and loyalty to our lives! 🐾❤️

To all the dog lovers out there—we see you and we LOVE you! Dogs truly are man's best friend, and they deserve all the celebration today!

Here's some GOOD news for you: Henderson's Hideaway IS dog-friendly! That's right—bring your pup along on your camping adventure! Your furry friend can enjoy the great outdoors, play with other camping dogs, and make their own memories at our beautiful campground! 🏕️💚

A quick note: Dogs are welcome on all campsites, but we ask that they stay out of our cabins (service animals always welcome in cabins!). This helps us keep our cabins fresh and clean for all our guests.

Nothing beats camping with your best friend by your side! So grab your leash, pack your pup's favorite toys, and come join the Henderson's Hideaway family!

Due to current fire restrictions in our area, NO CAMPFIRES are permitted at Henderson's Hideaway Campground at this time.
We know campfires are a big part of the camping experience, and we miss them too! But the safety of our campground family and our beautiful South Dakota landscape is our TOP priority. 🌲💚
Don't let this stop your camping adventure! You can still enjoy:
✨ Family time and quality time together
✨ Hiking and exploring the outdoors
✨ Fishing and outdoor activities
✨ Stargazing under the beautiful night sky
