This position supervises work activities of cleaning personnel and inspects guest rooms to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms are up to standard. Assigns duties, inspects work, investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action. Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment, takes periodic inventories and trains new employees. Also uses computer software to updates statuses of rooms. Receiving phone calls from Guests and employees and taking action to ensure staff is deployed to provide service.

Responsible of overall maintenance of hotel, campground and event centre. Duties include but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lawn care, snow removal and pool maintenance.

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the set up, service and breakdown/clean up of the breakfast buffet for hotel guests.The Breakfast Attendant position is part time and works the early morning weekend shifts from approximately 6:00am - 11:00am. Some knowledge of food prep or culinary skills are preferred. The Breakfast Attendant should have excellent customer service and organizational skills as well.

cleanliness and service. Responsible for reporting any
maintenance deficiencies and handling guests’ requests.
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
and suites. Be familiar with all hotel services to respond
to guest inquiries accurately. Maintain complete knowledge
of and comply with departmental policies, services,
procedures and standards. Use correct cleaning chemicals
for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and
hotel requirements.

He/she will be will provide guests with information on the hotel and surrounding areas. Select room assignments, process guest folios, collect payment, and accurately manage cash receipts. He/she will maintain the company's high quality standards and policies.
