Which view is your favorite? Both photos taken last Friday on an absolutely gorgeous fall day here on Lake Samish. First photo from a neighbor's view, second photo taken from the Lake Samish bridge.
(If you look closely in the first photo, you'll see a Great Blue Heron skimming across the water)!

Let this be your "heads up" that applications open in less than three weeks on November 1st! Know a young person (who will be at least 18 by 6/1/27) who can work with kids and wants an awesome adventure in faith, life, and fun (AND get paid for it!)? Encourage them to apply!

More information coming very soon, but in the meantime, check out our Staff Team webpage for information on positions, working at Lutherwood, and reach out to us with questions! https://www.camplutherwood.org/summer-team

There's a lot of amazing relationships and adventures at Lutherwood, and it takes a lot of behind the scenes work--like repairing a leaking water line at 8pm--that happens. Can we give a huge thank you to Tristan, our facilities director, and Sam, our guest services director, for the hours spent this year studying incomplete maps, wrangling broken pipes, and keeping safe water flowing. We're so lucky to have amazing staff like Tristan and Sam!

Lutherwood Family: We need your support. 2026 was an AMAZING summer, and so many people experienced Grace at camp. Unfortunately, our water system began to show its age, forcing Lutherwood to spend reserves to ensure clean water flowed. Now, we need your help meeting the gap in our unexpected expenses. Will you make a donation today to support camp and help us meet our goal of an additional $40,000? Your generosity means Lutherwood continues to be critical faith infrastructure for the Pacific Northwest.
