Little Ranch Air BnB 2 king size beds, 1 queen, 2 twin XL beds- all new mattresses and bedding. Set on 2 acres with easy access to I-71&St Rt 13- private but not isolated.

Opened Dec. 2021 this cozy ranch will comfortably sleep 8 people in 3+ bedrooms. 2 new bathrooms and a custom kitchen make this a modern, private home away from home. Includes washer and dryer,2 living spaces with Sony Google TV’s, dedicated work space and internet. Pets welcome with up charge.

Bellville has had flash flooding but the Little Ranch is dry. Thanks for all the guests who are checking on us!

Let me help you turn photo #1 into photo #2/3!

5 complete beds 2K, 1Q, 2 TwinXL = sheet set with 4 pillowcases, blanket and quilt; all cotton. Weighed in at 54.25 pounds. $54.25 done in 48 hours. (Microfiber probably weighs less.)

I also wash, dry and fold towels and can handle large, fluffy comforters. Everything is $1 per pound.
