Dreams can come true...

For years Wayne and James have dreamed of building the perfect home to protect their families from natural disasters and help lower their cost of living. As they have researched different structures, their designs, their pros and cons, there was one structure that never ceased to impress them. The Monolithic Dome’s construction process is remarkable and the safety and efficiency it promises won these men’s hearts. Their dream has been to build one of these homes for their families, and create a boutique hotel where others can learn about these domes and enjoy staying in a unique experience. Wayne and James both attended a hands on training course in Italy, Texas where they literally learned all about these domes inside and out. Aside from the lectures and classes they attended, they were a part of the construction team that actually built a dome during their training. Their passion has never wavered and now we, their wives, Cindy and Jen, who have a love for serving people and searching for ways to help fill their needs, have also grabbed hold of the dream. Together we four have been working for many years doing research, securing the ideal land location, creating business plans, preparing for marketing and advertising, and working to overcome our fears of the unknown in doing something new, and choosing to have the faith to move forward one step at a time, trusting that God would guide us at each step and help us overcome each obstacle. He has. Many individuals have been there to help guide our course, answer our questions, teach us new skills, and encourage and assure each one of us as a whole and individually. We found that perfect land location just off highway 36 in Kenney, Texas and purchased the land during fall 2016.
The Country Dome Suites team is excited to share with you our dream. We, with our families have worked to clear fence lines, and create our drive way access on Lynn Rd. We have just had our culvert installed and now the dirt work begins! We are creating one to two person monolithic domes for you to find comfort and security at an affordable rate during your visit. Country Dome Suites have short-term and extended-stay rental booking options. We have put a lot of thought into our floor plan design in order to increase your comfort. We want you to be able to enjoy the quiet serenity of the country while basking in the calm beauty of a sunny day and the brilliant night skies.
