6 years ago today the Cameron Peak Fire started. These pictures still take my breath away and make me emotional. Longest 3 months of our lives. We are forever grateful to all the fire crews that helped save our home/livelihood.

Moose Fest 2026 this Saturday- August 8th from 10-4. Fun activities, hay ride, games and representatives from CPW, Yampatika, CO State Forest Service, the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge, Colorado State Land Board and more. North Park high school will be selling "walking tacos" to raise proceeds for trips in 2027.

Unfortunately, this ban is in effect for our property. Smoking will need to be done in your vehicles (not outside, and smoking has never been allowed inside our cabins), fires are not allowed in the firepits, and charcoal grills cannot be used. You can bring propane/gas firepits and/or grills. We have 3 propane grills on site, but they will need to be shared among all guests. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we do not want any more wild fires!

🔥 Larimer County extends fire restrictions 🔥

On recommendation by the Larimer County Sheriff, the Board of Larimer County Commissioners voted 2- 0 on Tuesday to extend fire restrictions in unincorporated Larimer County. The danger of wildfire, forest, and grass fires remains extremely high due to above-normal temperatures, extended drought, and persistently windy, dry conditions.
