Our fun guests from South Florida are our very first repeat guests. I'm so happy that they are excited about the possibility of snow tonight. Even though us locals know it won't stick by any means, they're excited to see some snow floating in the air tonight. We're happy that they took the initiative and put a little bit of Christmas music on our mid-century modern zenith stereophonic sound system. This makes The Beloit HAUS what it is!

What a pleasure it has been working with Alison preparing fantastic meals for our guests who are in Beloit from Denmark. They are hear for a wedding and really enjoyed the Downtown Beloit Farmer's Market and, of course Farm & Fleet!

This morning we did Blackstone breakfast again. Wesley is in town from Alabama working for international paper. I thought I had posted how much he enjoyed the breakfast. But I guess I did not. So we'll have a picture of Wesley tomorrow with his breakfast. Wes is a big boy... Let's just say there is a little bit left over. His breakfast that I served was massive.

A little Frank Sinatra for the wake-up call this morning at the Beloit HASS. Our guest is in town from Alabama working for international paper. Wesley has decided to have breakfast on the deck because he actually enjoys School weather. We're so happy to have him today.
