Drying Out From Summer Thunderstorms - Use A Dehumidifier

It's no secret that La Nina seasons bring plenty of rain, sleet, and snow to the Pacific Northwest. So far this year, everyone has seen plenty of the above - with some places in British Columbia and Washington suffering from extreme flooding events. Throughout all of this wet weather, the risks of water damage are greater than ever.

If water has found a way into your home, it is vital to clear it as soon as possible. Remove any wet items that you can, physically dry water where possible, then use a dehumidifier to take care of any water that can't be easily reached (underneath carpeting, in wood floors, wet wood, etc...)

Dehumidifiers remove humidity from the ambient air in an enclosed space. They accomplish this by forcing large quantities of air over cooled/refrigerated coils, which then collect condensation (think of your car windshield after a chilly night), then pumping that collected condensed water out of the enclosed space - thereby removing water from the ambient air.

As we move on from the Coronavirus pandemic, hospital projects are once again underway. While most projects were put on hold as hospitals restricted access during the pandemic, projects put on hold are now ramping up in a hurry. Start by reaching out to us with your rental needs, and the timeframe you'll need the rental equipment. At that point we'll establish the exact equipment needed for your project and detailed quote including shipping. From there all we need is a signed rental agreement and a deposit - at which point your rental is reserved and ready to ship. This process is the same for Edge-Guard barriers and Mobile Containment Units.

Receiving an MCU/Edge Guard rental is easy. We schedule the fright delivery to your jobsite, and the rental unit is packaged in a crate with everything needed for the rental. Once your project is done, contact us and we schedule the freight pickup - no complicated freight shipping quotes needed on your end. Any quote we send will include this return freight as well. Just be sure to keep the crate the unit is shipped in for its return.
