A few things to know before you go:
🏄 Whitewater Channel access is from downriver at McKay Park or Miller’s Landing
🅿️ Nearby street parking has a 4-hour limit; additional daytime parking is available at Park & Float, 1000 SW Bradbury Way
🌊 River flows and wave conditions can change, so check current conditions before getting in
⛑️ Surfers should use a helmet and PFD and surf with a buddy
🚫 Board leashes are prohibited due to entanglement hazards
📸 Just spectating? You can get great views from the pedestrian bridge, east riverbank and McKay Park
