It is time for me to sell my adorable cottage on Lycoming Creek and focus more on High K**b Inn and my other commitments. This has been a wonderful place for me personally but also for the income that it has brought over the past four years as I relocated my life back to PA. Annually it brings 50k plus in airbnb income, with bookings through all year. Remodeled, new on demand water heater, new water treatment system.
