Local 378 Represented at the Rosie the Riveter Trust Gala 2025! 💪🏽

Please take a moment to read Raquel Valencia’s heartfelt article about her experience attending this year’s Rosie the Riveter Trust Gala. With support from Ironworkers Local 378, Raquel had the honor of representing our union at an unforgettable event that celebrated the strength, resilience, and legacy of working women in America.

From meeting labor leaders across the country to hearing the powerful story of Hattie Pruitt, the longest-living Rosie at 110 years old, Raquel’s reflections are a powerful reminder of why the work we do matters — and the strong shoulders we stand on.

🙏🏽 Thank you to everyone who made it possible, and special shout-outs to Jason Galia, Yolanda Rodarte, and fellow attendee Timberly Laramie for being part of such an inspiring night.
