The cattle are born and raised here on luscious pastures rich of nutrients. We know that the start of our calves lives are very important. Here at Seven Meadows they are brought up with some of the best grasses of North Carolina. Bass Hyatt (owner of Seven Meadows) is known across the state for his rich soil and sustainable pasture management techniques. Using his 50+ years of experience he is abl

e to create the most desired breed characteristics when combining his distinctive Angus cows and purebred Akaushi bulls. Being able to say that our cattle are born, raised and finished in North Carolina is extremely important to us. Even better- it stays in the family! We want our customers to be aware of the history and background of our operation.
