Sage Wood Campground

Sage Wood Campground Call for availability and pricing. Our sites are full hookup with 30 or 50 amp service and only leased on a year-round basis from October 31st to November 1st.

Sage Wood opened October 2019 and offers 32 year-round spots, a heated and cooled pavilion will a full kitchen, ice machine, movie/gaming station; catch and release pond, playground and volleyball court. Sage Wood is a spacious 32 campsite recreational vehicle community located on Sage Lane just .2 tenths of a mile from the Jonathan Creek public boat ramp. Water and sewer are included and wifi is

included but service reception cannot be guaranteed due to lay of the land and metal campers/covers. We are not regulated by TVA so sites can be customized with large decks and covers allowing for lots of outdoor enjoyment and protection of your camper. On-site laundry is available adjacent to our pavilion. Our pavilion is heated and cooled, offers a full kitchen area and can be reserved by our campers for special events upon approval of management. Golf carts are allowed at no additional cost and we do not charge a fee for your guests. Boat parking is limited and available on a first come first serve basis. We are currently full but would love to give your family a tour of our 6 acre facility and discuss adding you to our current waiting list.
