Our favorite time of year is every season but Fall ranks right up there. Now with my grandchildren I’m reminded why so many families choose The Bear. These kids are having the time of their life and so is Heinzie Buddy! (Someone dumped this beautiful dog on us 10 years ago as a 4-month-old pup. He is the smartest dog we have ever had!)

My heart is full! There is no where i would rather be than at the Bear and to be so privileged to get to share this with our granddaughters and all of you has been our lifelong mission.

I have 2 grandkids here for the next 2 weeks! Think I’m happy?

🎃🍂 Hosted by the campers, for the campers!

Our Big Bear campers put together their own fall festival, and the campground was full of fun! Pumpkin painting and carving, a we**ie roast, chili supper, face painting, trunk-or-treat, and a live band—now that’s how you celebrate fall on Kentucky Lake! 🎶🌭👻

A HUGE thank you to Darren Hargrove and Hargrove Construction for bringing in the Double Barrel Boys to perform live! 🎸🎶

A big THANK YOU to everyone who pitched in, cooked, decorated, and helped make it happen. The activities were great, but the people made it special. ❤️

Just another reason we love our Big Bear campers! 🐻🍁
