Meet the neighbors. They do not borrow anything and they leave by dusk.

The yard at Oakwood Oasis backs up to trees, and deer, rabbits, a chipmunk or two, and one very busy woodpecker have all shown up in it. Inside, the kitchen windows run floor to ceiling, so you catch all of it with a mug in hand. Gas fireplace for the evenings that are finally cooling off, fire pit out back, and a street that goes quiet at night.

All of it 2.5 miles from the Bentonville Square, 3.5 from Crystal Bridges, and 1 mile from I-49.

Oakwood Oasis is 3.5 miles from Crystal Bridges and 2.5 from the Square: two bedrooms, two full baths, and the floor-to-ceiling kitchen windows guests mention most. Tristan's Trail is just past the trees if somebody packed a bike. Hours and what's on view are on the Crystal Bridges site.

Tennessee comes to Fayetteville on Oct 10, and Fayetteville hotels overflow on SEC weekends.
Oakwood Oasis is 25 minutes north in Bentonville, 1 mile off I-49: two bedrooms, two full baths, a real kitchen for the pregame, a 50-inch TV and a gas fireplace for the postgame, and a driveway with room for three vehicles. Drive down, cheer, drive back up while everyone else sits in stadium traffic.

Best coffee bar I've seen in an Airbnb." 🌻 an actual guest review, not something we wrote about ourselves.

Every guest so far has left five stars, and the same three things keep showing up: the coffee bar, the kitchen windows that look straight into the tree line, and how quiet the street is at night. One rider put it as "location was right on bike trails, in a quaint neighborhood that was quiet."

Bikes, Blues & BBQ is five days out, and rally week at Oakwood Oasis is already spoken for. We told you it goes early.
For everyone still hunting: the rally runs Sept 30 to Oct 3 in Rogers, and the smart move is a house about 15 minutes away with a garage for the bike, a spot to wrench, and a street that goes quiet at night. Oakwood Oasis is a whole house: two bedrooms, two full baths, a real kitchen, a workspace with a door, fast WiFi, and a washer and dryer you do not share with a hallway. There is a chairlift-served bike park in Arkansas now, and you can ride to it from our driveway.
OZ Trails Bike Park in Bella Vista opened in June 2026 as the state's first lift-served park. Roll out of the garage at Oakwood Oasis, drop down Tristan's Trail just past the trees into Slaughter Pen, and keep going north. Bring the legs, the lift does the rest.
