The Keystone Sprinter has new wood flooring and kitchen backsplash. Everything works - furnace, ac, stove, refrigerator & microwave.
It features a queen bed & fold out sofa. Sleeps 4 comfortably.
Camper has original awning and built in stereo system. Great floor plan with lots of storage. Features an on-demand hot water heater with endless supply.

The 8' x 12' lofted, double door shed is only a few years old. It has lights inside as well as outlets. Security light on outside. Shed has cabinets and a standard size refrigerator inside.
Covered porch has gutter installed and front blinds.
Waste tote to empty toilet is included. There is a firepit and covered wood storage area. Rustic cooler on deck and 3 antique metal chairs.
