June has arrived, and with it a fresh lineup of seasonal specials bursting with summer flavor, savory and sweet.

Our core lineup of breads, pastries, cookies, brownies, sandwiches, and other bakery favorites can always be found on our website under “All Items.” Allergen information is listed here as well!

Pre-orders are strongly encouraged. Many items sell out, especially on weekends.

This is what happens before most people even wake up.

Every morning, our bakery starts in the dark — mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, glazing, finishing — all by hand, all from scratch, all 100% gluten free and Celiac safe.

Hours later, the shelves are full, the pastry case is stocked, and everything is ready for the day ahead.

This is our art.

May is everything to us.

This month marks 6 years in business, something we don’t take for granted for a single second. What started because of a need for a truly safe, gluten-free space has grown into a community we’re endlessly grateful for.

May also means:
• Friday hours are back
• Berlin Farmers Market season begins
• Celiac Awareness Month — the reason we exist, and the standard we’ll never compromise on

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and growing with us. We can’t wait to do another season together.

Peony is our most requested room, and the one that tends to book first.

Light-filled mornings, organic bedding and linens, and the kind of calm that’s made for settling in with a good book.

This room is also the home to my collection (some of it anyways!) of Mucha prints.

Summer weekends are nearly full. Midweek is where the openings are - more availability, more space, a slower pace.

Our April bakery menu is live on the website! Make sure to pre-order for the holiday weekend, and remember we will be closed on Easter Sunday (4/5).
