Not an entry-level position. We’re looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can hit the ground running and help keep several hospitality properties operating at a high standard.

Our growing portfolio includes boutique hotels, vacation rentals, and lodging properties throughout the Berryville and Eureka Springs area. Every day is a little different, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform repairs, maintenance & improvements across multiple hotel and Airbnb properties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues

• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and costly repairs

• Assist with renovations, upgrades, and property improvement projects

• Help maintain attractive, guest-ready grounds and common areas

• Identify maintenance concerns before they become problems

What We’re Looking For

âś” 3+ years of hands-on facilities or property maintenance experience

âś” Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance

âś” Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

âś” Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

âś” Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

✔ Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel between properties

✔ Someone who takes ownership of their work and treats our properties like they’re their own

After we first remodeled the Fairway Inn, there was still always that hesitant look when a new guest pulled in. There aren't many other hotels that you actually pull into the back of it like this one since all our rooms overlook the golf course on the other side. The building is old style cinder block with an old style roof, so I always understood what might be going through a guests' mind wondering if they were at the right place seeing that blank cinder block wall. We've continually worked on making the back of the building more pleasant to look at, so today we got our faux windows installed next to our faux entrance doors :) I like how they turned out.

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Facilities & Maintenance Manager to support multiple properties in the Berryville/Eureka Springs area (Fairway Inn, Log Cabin Inn, Chateau Cottage, etc.). This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and enjoys working across a team-oriented environment.
