🏨 Now Hiring: Multi-Property Facilities & Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Facilities & Maintenance Manager to support multiple properties in the Berryville/Eureka Springs area (Fairway Inn, Log Cabin Inn, Chateau Cottage, etc.). This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and enjoys working across a team-oriented environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Oversee maintenance operations across
multiple lodging locations
• Tackle new tasks that may be unfamiliar to
your current skillset, including renovations
• Help implement preventative maintenance
programs
• Respond to maintenance needs and keep
properties operating efficiently
• Maintain and improve property grounds

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance
experience (multi-site a plus)
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing,
electrical systems, mechanics, and carpentry
• Strong organizational and communication
skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel between properties as
needed
