Mid-season upgrades and maintenance. 1) New HVAC unit - A Carrier 20 seer unit; 2) Another new storm door handle. 3) A new twin bed to replace the one broken earlier this summer. 4) Carpet cleaning - This rug takes a beating. 5) Three more lounge chairs; 6) Replaced busted Adirondack chair;

If anyone knows good house cleaners for turnovers, let me know. I’ll pay twice what we pay now if the results are twice as good (the bar is low).

Just a few weeks into the season and a guest busted one of the beds. I’m guessing someone stood on it. All we can do mid-season is duct tape it. Sorry to future renters!
