Hi Ruth,and a hello to Kevin,

To let you know that our stay at your place was well enjoyed. You were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Bethel is a lovely town which we would look forward to visiting again. The morning coffee was excellent only to be out done by Kevin's stories. It seems that Kevin has a vast knowledge of American Presidents and I would have loved to spend more time listening to more of his stories on Johnson, Roosevelt, both Teddy and Franklin,and Kennedy. I'm sure Kevin, being from Boston has some great tales to tell. I would have loved to hear more about the 60s from Kevin's perspective. I have read much on the Kennedy family, some on Truman, Teddy Roosevelt, and even McKinley, one novel on Johnson, though regrettably not Kern's biography on Johnson-probably the most insightful. Bethel seems to have a great story to tell and Kevin really perked my interest when he said that your life is a great story. I will look into some of the history about Bethel, and who knows, maybe I will get a chance to get down that way again and have the privilege of listening to more of your's and Kevin's stories while savoring Kevin's excellently brewed morning coffee.

Perfect!
We’ve stayed at the Bethel Village Motel 20+ times over the past 4 years with and without our kids across all 4 seasons. Without exception, we found our rooms to be exceptionally clean and very comfortable at the lowest price in town. At times we’ve had to stay elsewhere in town due to no vacancy at the BVM and have had to pay a lot more for rooms that were much less clean and less comfortable. As others have noted, the hosts, Ruthie and Kevin are wonderful and have taken care to ensure the comfort of our stays. The BVM is in the center of town and is walking distance to all shops, restaurants, golf, shuttle to Sunday River and Gould Academy. Ample parking is also a plus. Ruthie’s boutique on the first floor has beautiful women’s clothing and accessories and Ruthie’s designer’s eye is apparent in her shop and in the BVM room decor.

Best motel I've ever stayed at!
This Motel is very cute. It is clean has a great location and has extremely friendly staff. And is everything you want in a motel at a great rate. The room is tastefully decorated and it is obvious that plenty of care is taken to make our experience special.
