WE’RE BACK!
Like, actually back. 🍸🔥

Tomorrow, 8/21/26 Mayville Union House is officially reopening as a real, full-strength restaurant.

No food truck.
No extension cords.
No “temporary kitchen.”
No cooking dinner in the parking lot.

The dining room is open. The bar is open. The kitchen is cooking. And we are READY.

It’s been a hell of a few weeks, and we cannot thank everyone enough for showing up, eating out of the truck, drinking in the backyard, listening to some music, and rolling with every curveball thrown our way.

The food truck isn’t disappearing. She earned her keep and will be back for special events, parties and other occasions when cooking dinner outside seems like a good idea.

But tomorrow?

Back inside. Back to the full menu. Back to Mayville.

Come have a steak.
Order some oysters.
Sit at the bar.
Make a reservation.
Stay awhile.

Tomorrow, we’re home. 🥂

New Features from the Mayville Food Truck!

Okay. So apparently “last weekend” was a little optimistic.

The food truck has been summoned for ONE MORE weekend at Mayville Union House.

We’re getting very close, and our target date to be back open at full strength is Wednesday, August 19. We cannot wait to get everyone back inside and show you what’s next.

Until then, Mayville Style continues:

THURSDAY • 3–9 Mayville Jazz Trio (6-8)
FRIDAY • 3–9
SATURDAY • 12–9
SUNDAY • 12–5

Come eat. Come drink. Come hang out. No reservations needed.

And while this should be the last regular food truck weekend, it’s definitely not the last you’ll see of the truck. She survived the fire era and has officially earned a permanent spot in the family. We’ll be bringing her out for special events, parties, and other occasions that call for food on wheels.

Thank you for rolling with us through all of this. We are beyond excited to get Mayville Union House back open, better than ever.

August 19. Let’s go.
