Attention campers: Beulah Bay Campground has officially entered its “waterfront expansion program.” 🌧️😂

We are spending the week getting everything ready for the weekend, and Mother Nature is responding by giving us a free rinse cycle. With more rain expected today, the grass is happy, the ducks are thrilled 🦆 , and we’re considering offering canoe parking at a few campsites.

Don’t worry—we’ll keep drying things out and getting ready for another great weekend at the lake. If you see Noah driving through the campground looking for a boat launch, send him our way! 🚣‍♂️☔

A big shoutout to everyone who braved today's North American Coal Freedom Mine Fishing Tournament at Beulah Bay! 🎣🌬️

The fish weren't the only things biting today—the wind was taking a few nibbles too! Between the chilly temps, flying hats, and waves trying to relocate boats to another county, our anglers stuck it out and made the best of it.

We're pretty sure some of the fish stayed home because even they thought it was too cold. 😂

The fish at Beulah Bay have reviewed everyone’s fishing plans for the weekend and would like to remind you:

They have no intention of cooperating.

If you’re heading out on the water this weekend, remember:

* A bad day fishing still beats a good day mowing the lawn.
* Every fish gets bigger by the time you get back to camp.
* If you didn’t take a picture, it was probably a whale. 🐋😂

The ducks are back at windy Beulah Bay! 🦆💨
They had so much fun last weekend, they invited some friends along. Only problem… they’re babies. Tiny little things. We’ve got 34 friends hiding around the park right now.

The babies might move around in the wind, so keep your eyes peeled. You might spot them near the Frisbee golf course, but they haven’t migrated to the north side yet. And nope — none are hiding in the Eagles Pavilion, fish cleaning station, or on the dock.

Also keep an eye out for Larry and his buddies… they’ve been known to stir up trouble. 😆
With the fishing tournament this Saturday, there’ll be plenty of folks hunting fish and ducks with friends.

From all of us at Beulah Bay — THANK YOU to all our campers for another legendary Memorial Day weekend! 🇺🇸☀️🏕️

We survived the golf cart traffic jams, mystery coolers, kids running solely on candy and ice cream, and at least 47 “just one more drink around the fire” moments. 😂

Thank you for the laughs, the memories, and for making the campground feel like one big family weekend. Safe travels home to everyone heading out — and if you accidentally packed someone else’s lawn chair… now’s your chance to confess. 👀

The ducks are getting smarter… only THREE sneaky quackers still hiding out at the bay! 👀

Somewhere around camp they’re sitting quietly thinking:
“Not today, humans.” 😂

Keep your eyes peeled, check the sneaky spots, and remember… if you suddenly hear suspicious silence, a duck is probably nearby. 🛶🌲🦆
