šŸ„¬ Red Romaine need another couple weeks before being transplanted but are thriving and will need to thin and separate.

šŸŒ± Rhubarb is going wild! I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever actually tasted it lol so this will be fun when harvested!

šŸ„” potatoes are killing it! Iā€™ve also planted ginger and horseradish that are also starting to pop thru the top of the soil!

How is there no emoji for squash?! Anyway they are loving the greenhouse and the protection!

Excited for this years yield!!!!
