We have a huge gas burning fire pit located on our patio with lots of seating and a bar for entertaining, two jacuzzis, a 70 foot slide, a playground next to our courtyard for kids to ride bikes, scooters, and toys while parents enjoy their vacation. We also have an indoor game room that includes a projector with movie theatre style seating, a pool table, and ping pong table. And ample parking for your trailers, boats, and visitors.

We’re booking November and December now for families who get along, and families who don’t 😜 With 3 homes, 15 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 acres there’s so much room for family time and staying away from that one in law without making it obvious!

It’s National First Responders Day!
The Knickerbocker is very grateful for all the men and women that put their lives on the line everyday for our safety!
If you are a first responder and book a two night stay at The Knickerbocker, we give you the third night free!
We also keep the off season rates at $2,300 a night, plus an 11% tax for a total of $5,106. This is valid all year round, and the first responder has to be the one renting the property.

What’s a trip without your furry friends?! 🐶🌲🐾

The knickerbocker is the perfect place to bring your pets of all shapes and sizes and provides an unforgettable experience for pets and owners!

We can accommodate up to 8 dogs per stay!
Our 2.5 Acre property is completely fenced to keep pups in and coyotes out!
We have a indoor/outdoor dog run underneath one of the homes so you can leave them to go boating or skiing worry free!

One of our favorite places on the property, is the dining room in The Mansion!

The Knickerbocker used to be a Bed & Breakfast and the previous owners made this dining room for up to 42 guests!

We in turn, made it into the perfect place for a vacation rental to welcome large groups with the feel of a cozy cabin dinner!

If you’re having an event or hosting a large dinner party for you and your guests, this is the place to make it happen!

It’s cozy and intimate, but makes a large group feel like a small bunch of close friends!
