Goldmine Lodge-Black Bear Cottages The lodge has recently undergone complete interior and exterior redecorating. The interior reflects the true feel of vacationing in a mountain resort setting.

Goldmine Lodge in Big Bear Lake offers luxury upscale boutique lodging, minutes from Bear Mountain and Snow Summit ski / snowboard resorts, the Lake, Swim Beach, Village, Walk to Restaurants. The exterior has a wonderful rustic lodge atmosphere with a huge green lawn area for playing or B.B.Qs. The interiors are beautiful with mountain style furnishings and designer touches, with leather couches,

luxurious bedding, slate floors, Berber carpeting and river-rock fireplaces. The Goldmine Lodge has a variety of accommodations to choose from, they offer single rooms with bath, one-bedrooms with kitchen and bath and two-bedrooms, two-baths with a fireplace and a full kitchen. The suites accommodate up to six guests. As you drive into the entrance of the beautifully forested setting on Moonridge Road, there’s a wonderful experience awaiting you. The picturesque landscape welcomes visitors to come, stay, have fun and relax. There’s a variety of outdoor recreation activities, or you can just enjoy the environment that includes wildlife and many birds indigenous to the area. The Goldmine Lodge is also ‘kid-friendly’ with lots of fun recreation such as the large playground with a slide, swings, ropes, croquet, Badminton, a Bocce court and horseshoe pits
Guests can enjoy an outdoor BBQ cookout, and later you can relax in the outdoor hot-tub while watching the stars. Summertime - the lake and public boat / launch ramp are just minutes away where visitors can enjoy boating, jet-skiing and fishing. The East Boat Ramp is closest to the Lodge; you can launch your boat, jet-skis or kayak or just relax and enjoy the shade trees, picnic tables and beach. Weddings & Special Events: If you are planning a wedding in Big Bear Lake, the large green lawn, tall pines and outdoor furniture make the perfect setting for an outdoor, garden wedding ceremony and reception. If you are planning a party or special occasion, let us know in advance, and we can reserve the outdoor area for your event. The Lodge is available for Weddings, Special Events, and Birthday Parties. Winter: You are minutes from the slopes! Watch the snow flakes fall while sitting next to your cozy fireplace; snuggle up and relax on the inviting couch as you watch your favorite movie. The Goldmine Lodge is a perfect vacation destination for corporate getaways, romantic couples, or families looking for upscale Big Bear Lodging. The Goldmine Lodge is under new ownership and management; they offer luxury accommodations at very reasonable rates that compete with other Big Bear Lake lodges.
