We are proud to be able to offer to home grown beef to our community!
Thank you Shiloh!
Beef prices are near record highs, Americaās cattle supply is still historically tight, and major processors are closing or restructuring plants. Now Washington is looking to more imported beef as part of the answer.
Meanwhile, right here in West Texas, we raise cattle. We process beef. And we have local businesses selling it directly to our families.
So before we look thousands of miles away, letās look down the road.
This list highlights ranchers, processors, and sellers across House District 72 where you can find West Texas raised beef. Buying local wonāt solve the national cattle shortage overnight, but it does put our grocery dollars back into our communities and support the people raising our food.
