JOB OPPORTUNITY ….MAINTENANCE MANAGER for large RV park in Texas
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to fabricate and perform various maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, small engine repair, electrical, and plumbing. If you have your own RV, full hookups provided, propane access, and free laundry access. Pay will be working 1 day a week for site and amenities & the remaining hours will earn an hourly rate based on experience. If you do NOT have your own RV, housing can be provided and pay adjusted accordingly.
Duties
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Execute carpentry and painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
Carry out general facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any maintenance-related inquiries or concerns from staff or visitors.
Experience
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform hands-on repairs and installations.
